Priced at $150 per guest, this seasonal offering highlights a curated selection of Nobu signatures and summer-inspired creations - ranging from the delicate seafood Harumaki with Maui Onion Salsa to a vibrant sashimi tasting and Chef's sushi selection. Indulge in iconic dishes like Black Cod Miso and Soft Shell Crab Amazu, followed by Koji-aged Japanese Mirai Beef, and end on a sweet note with our signature Whisky Cappuccino.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, the chef recommends trying 3 or more of the menu's "Eight Highlights." The best way to enjoy this experience is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes; then move on to 2 or 3 hot ones. Finally, end with some sushi and dessert. All of these dishes are shared family style.
