NOBU CROCUS CITY
Nobu Crocus City opened in March 2015 at the Crocus City Mall—a satellite city of Moscow at the intersection of Volokolamskoye Shosse and the Moscow Ring Road. The second Nobu restaurant to open in Moscow, Nobu Crocus City offers more space than the Dmitrovka location, covering about 1200 square meters and spanning 2 floors. The first floor features a lounge, a sushi bar, and the dining area while the second floor houses a balcony overlooking the downstairs bar, a VIP room, and a banquet hall.
Carrying on the culinary standard of Nobu Restaurants worldwide, Nobu Crocus City offers Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences. The iconic signature dishes Nobu is known for, such as Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño are available, along with some dishes unique to the Crocus City location. A wood oven was brought in to the restaurant all the way from Australia to craft Crocus City specific dishes such as Duck Breast with Orange Miso Sauce and Sea Bass with Mint Salsa. The restaurant also features a molecular dessert menu, to further deepen your culinary experience.
